New 1-slot VPX power and ground backplane from Elma Bustronic

The 7U power and ground VPX backplane from Bustronic is a simple and cost-effective development tool. All of the pins on the backplane are user-defined. It has power studs for 3.3V, 5V, and 12Vand the rear connectors are fully loaded. The development backplane currently comes in a 1-slot size with 4, 5, and 6-slot versions planned. Bustronic also plans to offer VPX power and ground backplanes in a 3U form factor. All of Bustronic’s VPX backplanes are compliant to the latest VITA 46 specifications.

Bustronic also offers 3U and 6U VPX backplanes, test extender boards, load boards, air baffles, and SerDes test modules.
