Telco Innovator Noise Free Appoints Don Seferovich to Chief Executive Officer

SAN JOSE, Calif., Sept. 16 -- NoiseFree (Noise Free Wireless(TM), Inc.), a performance, feature, and content leader in noise management software, announced the appointment of Mr. Donald Seferovich as its President and CEO while Dr. Alon Konchitsky, founder, has assumed the duties of Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

"Don has over 35 years of business development, marketing, sales and service experience in the voice and data communications industries," said Dr. Konchitsky, "And he brings to the NoiseFree team a wealth of start-up experience with numerous successful exits. Noise Free is at the point of transition from a focus on next generation technology and product development to a focus on marketing, business development, and customer support," Dr. Konchitsky continued, "and Don, with his communications and business development background, is the ideal professional to execute this transition."

Prior to joining NoiseFree, Mr. Seferovich has held senior management positions including SVP Operations, EVP Business Development, VP Marketing, and VP Sales and Service. He has been an executive at Synernetics-3Com, Xylan-Alcatel, Digital Telephone Systems, Rolm-IBM, CXC, and Hello Direct. In a number of these companies Mr. Seferovich was involved in their founding and capitalization as well as their commercial success.

With Mr. Seferovich assuming the duties of CEO, Dr. Konchitsky, founder of Noise Free, has recently transitioned to the duties of the Chief Technology Officer. He is responsible for many of the more than 20 patents filed on underlying IP behind the NoiseFree WhisperZone and Staccato noise management software. "Alon is the technical impetus behind the many NoiseFree innovations," said Mr. Seferovich, "including an intelligent approach to background noise detection and elimination of both stationary and non-stationary noise. Our patented smart noise detection system is fundamental in determining and eliminating the presence of most types of undesirable background noise in voice communications."
