VirtualLogix Elects Mobile Handset Industry Pioneer as Chairman

SUNNYVALE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--VirtualLogix™, Inc., a leader in virtualization technology, today announced that mobile industry executive Juha Christensen has been elected Chairman of the company’s Board of Directors. Christensen, who became an independent director in 2008, will work closely with the board and with Glenda Dorchak, the company’s Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, to guide the company through its rapid growth with VLX™ virtualization software for mobile and wireless solutions.

Christensen brings a wealth of experience to this position including his leadership with Nokia, Motorola, Ericsson and other companies to create Symbian in the late 1990s, and his position as Corporate Vice President of Microsoft’s Mobile Division.
