Diversified Technology, Inc. Announces Key Personnel Changes

Ridgeland, MS – September 25, 2008 – Diversified Technology, Inc. (DTI) announces that Joe McDevitt has been transitioned to the role of Chief Technology Officer. As CTO, Joe will help guide DTIs Product Roadmap and make strategic R&D plans for the next generation of technologies from DTI. Another key personnel change is the recent hiring of Tom Witt as Senior VP of Business Development. Toms previous experience includes Business Development with MontaVista Software, Intel Corporation and Pycon, Inc. Tom will lead an experienced sales team in a strategic direction to bring extended value to DTIs customers.

About Joe McDevitt
As Chief Technology Officer, Joes focus is on defining cutting-edge products that utilize new technologies. Joe joined Diversified Technology, Inc. in 1995 as a hardware engineer and was a lead engineer on the development of several symmetric multiprocessor NEBS servers that were specifically designed for telecommunications markets. He later served as DTI's Hardware Engineering Manager, where he directed the development of many of DTI's processor products. Joe designed DTI's first ATCA node and has had a guiding hand in DTI's continued ATCA developments. Joe currently serves on PICMG's Executive Board and in various PICMG sub-committees. He is also DTI's representative to the SCOPE Alliance and sits as a Director on the board for the Communications Platforms Trade Association. Joe has dual Bachelor degrees in Electrical Engineering and Aerospace Engineering from Mississippi State University.

Tom Witt has held various leadership positions with high-profile companies in the embedded computing industry, such as MontaVista Software, Intel corporation and Pycon, Inc. Tom has experience in cross-departmental leadership positions, including management of the business proposal effort for winning wireless communications contracts with companies such as Motorola. Tom brings more than 17 years of leadership experience, as well as a proven track record of substantially growing revenue, improving market share, and increasing product margins and profit from management positions. He holds a B.S. degree in finance and marketing from Arizona State University.
